All shipments are sent from Golden, CO. We ship to all US locations where kratom is legal, and do not ship to any locations where kratom is banned. List at bottom of page. Shipping times vary based on your location. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-7 business days. Most orders place before 2:00 pm MST ship the same day. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s site.
Yes, we have express shipping through Fedex and UPS. Please add one or two days if your order is place on a Saturday or Sunday. We can not gaurantee delivery times and credit shipping charges due to shipping carrier delays and issues.

- **Defective or Damaged Products.** If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt with proof (photos, ect). At our discretion, we may issue a replacement or refund.
- **Refunds.** Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
