We are pleased to share great news: Delaware Governor Matt Meyer has signed House Bill 332, making Delaware the 22nd state to enact kratom consumer protections! ✅Our thanks go to Governor Meyer and the bill's primary sponsors, Representative Ross Levin and Senator Pinkney, for taking a thoughtful, science-based approach that protects minors while preserving responsible adult access to natural kratom.
